1. Who We Are and Your Acceptance
babysunshine (babysunshine.app) is a product operated by AppWow (appwow.co) ("we"), which is your counterparty under these terms.
By using the site, creating a storybook, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, including our Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. If you do not accept them, please stop using the service.
2. Who May Use the Service
To order a personalized storybook from us, all of the following must be true:
- You are at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Thai law
- You are the parent or legal guardian of the child in the photo you upload
- The details you provide, such as the recipient name and shipping address, are true and current
3. Your Account and Sign-In
Sign-in is handled by the third-party provider you choose — LINE, Google, or Facebook. We never store passwords for those accounts and receive only your name, email, and profile picture, as described in the Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for orders placed from it. We may suspend or close accounts used fraudulently, in breach of these terms, or in a way that harms others.
4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment
- Prices — 99 THB for the digital book and 899 THB for the printed book. The price and any shipping cost are always shown before you confirm payment, and are calculated by our systems in Thai baht.
- Payment — handled on the hosted checkout page of our payment provider, Opn. We never see or store your card details.
- Order confirmation — an order is only confirmed once we receive verified payment confirmation from Opn. Returning to our site after checkout is not by itself a confirmation.
- Our right to decline — if we cannot produce or deliver your order, we will tell you and refund you in full.
5. Your Photo and Content Rights
The photo you upload remains yours. You grant us only a limited licence to use it to create the illustrations for your order. We do not use your child's photo in advertising, do not sell it, and do not use it to train third-party AI models.
- Photos of a child or any person for whom you are not the guardian or have no consent
- Content that is illegal, obscene, violent, or infringes anyone's rights
- Copyrighted images you do not have the right to use

- We may refuse or cancel the order, delete the related files, and refund you as appropriate. You remain responsible for any damage caused by an upload that breaches these terms.
6. AI Generation and Your Approval
Illustrations are produced by AI, so the result is an artistic interpretation rather than an exact likeness of your child's face. Printed colors and detail may differ slightly from what you see on screen.
You review every page and approve the book yourself before the final step. Once you approve, printing or final delivery begins immediately and the contents of that order can no longer be changed.
7. Delivery and Shipping
- Digital books — available in your orders page as soon as you approve them
- Printed books — printed and shipped within Thailand, typically about 7–14 business days after your approval. Holidays and events beyond our control may add delays.
- Address accuracy — if a parcel is returned or misdelivered because the address you entered was wrong, reshipping is at your cost.
8. Cancellations, Refunds, and Replacements
Every book is made to order with a specific child's photo and name, so it cannot be resold. Our policy is therefore:

- Before payment — cancel any time at no cost
- After payment — production starts immediately, so orders are non-refundable except in the cases below
- Defective, damaged in transit, or wrong item — tell us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will reprint free of charge or refund you in full, at no extra cost to you
- Problems with a digital file — if the file will not open or is corrupted, we will fix it or refund you in full
To request a refund or report a problem, emailsupport@babysunshine.appwith your order number. We reply within 7 business days.
9. Intellectual Property
The stories, base artwork, illustration style, book templates, software, and the babysunshine marks are the intellectual property of AppWow or its licensors.
Once you have paid in full, you receive a licence to use the book created for you for personal and family purposes only. This does not include the right to reproduce it for sale, publish it commercially, or adapt it for resale.
10. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that AI output will match every individual expectation.
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits the rights you have under Thai consumer protection law.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. If a change is material we will announce it on the site or by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms. Your order is governed by the version in effect on the day you placed it.
12. Governing Law and Contact
These terms are governed by Thai law, and the Thai courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
